FKSE-7161A Non-Adhesive FSK facing insulation is an improved commercial grade heat-sealing foil-kraft-scrim insulation facing with a 3-way scrim and 60gsm kraft as well as heat-activated polyethylene on its backing. There is no need for extra adhesive when using this foil scrim kraft paper, and and conforms well across curves and irregular surfaces. The thicker Kraft provides a neat appearance and enhances tensile strength, tear resistance and durability. It is easy to handle and install on site without special tools or application methods.
Moisture Barrier: The FSK facing acts as a moisture barrier, preventing water vapor from penetrating the insulation material and protecting it from damage caused by moisture.
Radiant Heat Reflection: The aluminum foil layer reflects radiant heat, helping to maintain thermal efficiency and temperature control in HVAC systems and insulation applications.
